When Refunds Are Available
We proudly offer a 100% money-back guarantee in certain situations. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
1. Not Approved by the Doctor
- If you are not approved for a Virginia medical marijuana certification during your evaluation, you will receive a full refund of your consultation fee.
2. Appointment Cancellations
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may qualify for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not qualify for a refund.
3. Billing Errors / Duplicate Payments
- If a technical error or duplicate charge occurs, a full refund will be issued once verified.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Certain fees and services are non-refundable under Virginia state regulations:
- State registration fees paid directly to the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority (CCA) are non-refundable.
- Missed appointments or “no-shows” are not eligible for refunds.
- Patients who are approved by a physician but do not complete their state application will not receive a refund.
